SIGN UP FOR CHRISTMAS RECITALS
There are several opportunities for students to show off their piano skills this December. Students may sign up for more than one recital, but if there are too many sign-ups for any recital, students may be asked to play in just one of their chosen events.
Cafe Noel - 12pm Friday 7 December
This lunchtime recital is for students on the Homeschool Piano Program. Family and friends are invited to a celebrate the season with delightful tunes and scrumptious Christmas cookies
MTA Holiday Festival - Saturday 14 December
Hosted by the Music Teachers Association, the Holiday Festival recitals take place in Severna Park. Students at Piano Adventures Level 1 and above are invited to perform. There are usually 2 recitals that day - one in the morning and another around midday.
Etudes Christmas Recital - 3pm Sunday 15 December
Our annual Christmas Recital will take place at Nichols Bethel church. Students on Little Mozarts Book 2, Piano Adventures Primer and above can take part.
Christmas Calendar - 1st to 25th December
We will be doing Musical Christmas Calendar videos again this year. Last year we counted down to Christmas Day with a performance by a different student each day. The students had fun watching each other's videos and sharing their progress with family and friends. This is particularly for those who live outside Maryland and others who cannot take part in the in-person recitals.
