Operation Christmas Child

This year, Etudes Music is supporting Operation Christmas Child. Operation Christmas Child gives shoeboxes filled with gifts to children in need all around the world. Through this, millions of children learn the real meaning of Christmas, and treasure gifts which for many of us are just every day items.

Next time you are out shopping, please consider picking up an extra item or two that can be added to our shoebox drive. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach our kids the value of giving to others.

​Gift ideas:

• School Supplies: Pencils, Coloring books, Stickers, Colored pencils, Playdough
• Hygiene Items: Comb, Hairbrush, Toothbrush, Bar Soap, Washcloth
• Toys: Doll, Stuffed Animal, Recorder, Harmonica, Backpack
• Clothes: Socks, Flip-flops, Hair bows, Underwear, Hat, Scarf

​The students are working in groups to see which group can fill the most boxes! Bring your items to the next lesson and drop them in our shoeboxes before Thanksgiving. We are trying to fill 20 shoeboxes!
